My son, 14yo Ashton McCormick, (the shorter one in the attached picture) has Autism. Also pictured, is his best friend, Marc Leber. 

Does this kid look deprived, socially-lacking or unhappy in any way? Not only is he willingly accepting a hug from his very favorite person in the whole world, he's giving one back! From a diagnosis of non-verbal, severely autistic at age 2, to an incredibly happy and social teenager with a BEST FRIEND at age 14. THIS is Autism. Happiness, joy, and friends....
