autism to me is finding enjoyment in small miracles....autism is eating everything with ketchup.... autism is melatonin at nine thirty.... autism is just a diagnosis a label to help my son get the aid he needs...but autism has not kidnapped my son....he is sleeping soundly in his Thomas the train bed.... autism is not ripping my family apart it has made is stronger.... autism is not evil or good...it just is...and until people start focusing on helping people with autism achieve the highest standard of living they are capable of and stop focusing on the negatives the developmental disorder can come with than mothers and the people with autism are shown pity or even worse rudeness...the epidemic is not autism it is ignorance.
