The 10 year old in the other room that is rocking out to Jimi Hendrix’s Purple Haze is autistic.  He can identify any guitar at 100 yards.   Anyone who works with him loves him and feels he has contributed to their lives.  He knows nothing other than kindness to other people who sometimes are not so kind to him.  He has deep feelings that he can communicate in profound ways in words and sounds.  Although our lives are different because of who he is, it is a great life.
